John is a musician, hiker, researcher, and registered psychotherapist who works with a diverse range of people seeking support for various challenges. These include depression, anxiety, anger, relationship issues, stress, loss, uncertainty, feeling stuck, longing, and the search for meaning. Alongside his broader practice and the work he does supporting musicians, John has a special interest in supporting those experiencing hair loss and in helping people navigate change and unexpected life events. While trained in psychodynamic psychotherapy, he also draws on CBT and relational/intersubjective perspectives in his work.

Graduate Diploma in Psychology
Masters in Psychotherapy (Hons)
