Mitch James: ‘Move On’

21-year-old Kiwi songwriter Mitch James has just released a new track, titled ‘Move On’.

The musician recently signed to Sony Music NZ, and is tipped to be the next big thing - with a style that’s pretty reminiscent of Ed Sheeran and James Bay.

It’s a relatable sound that you can instantly hear on pop radio; with organic production and catchy melodic hooks. ‘Move On’ was co-written and produced by Sam de Jong, and James is promising more tunes in the new year.

He’s come a long way from his OE, where he apparently spent 41 nights living on the street at the age of 17, so he could busk around Europe and pursue his dream.
