Fazerdaze has just released a retro-inspired music video for her latest single, ‘Lucky Girl’.
Shot by prolific Kiwi filmmaker Sam Kristofski, the clip cuts between strong primary colours, food being smashed into pieces, and balloons being popped.
The clip was filmed with a vintage Bolex 16mm film camera, giving it a pretty tasty grain. And Amelia (Fazerdaze) edited it, with a series of repeating shots and quick edits which are playful and fitting for the sun-drenched guitar track.
With it’s super infectious chorus and energetic vibe, we reckon ‘Lucky Girl’ is a total winner.
