After a five year hiatus, local post-punk group Cut Off Your Hands have returned with a brand new single.
‘Hate Yourself’ is true to the band’s original sound with a Talking Heads-ish vibe, and it’s been released just in time for us to see them perform it at Laneway Festival next year. They’re also promising to follow it up with an EP.
Cut Off Your Hands say the song is a comment on “anti-social, anti-community behaviour”, and they recorded it with Jeremy Toy (She’s So Rad).
