30 Day Minimalism Challenge

Here’s a challenge worth trying: a 30 day challenge which forces you to remove some of the clutter in your daily life, helping you to become more mindful.

The daily exercises range from simple (“go for a walk“) to slightly more stressful (“evaluate your last five purchases”), but we reckon this can only bring good things.
